What does the maximum capacity mean for your rentals?

The number of people specified in the maximum capacity is accepted in our villas, children are included in this number and it is definitely not accepted above this number of people.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time in any rental is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Before the specified check-in time, check-in is possible according to availability of our rentals and our team. Unfortunately, there is no flexibility in check-out times and check-out is required at the specified check-out time.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our rentals.

Are there any additional expenses or fees?

Unless stated otherwise, the prices on our website include electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, and cleaning before you enter our villa. During your stay at the villa, you can benefit from our extra cleaning service for a fee.

What should we bring with us when coming?

The kitchen utensils of the of the rentals are fully equipped and there are not only blender-style products, but a set of bath and fact towels and bed are delivered ready for everyone. What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes accommodation for the number of people suitable for the specified accommodation of the villa, Wi-Fi, 24/7 service, pool and garden maintenance, technical service in case of breakdown and VAT of the villa rental commission fee.

What is the minimum rental period?

The accommodation period of the rentals is a minimum of 7 nights and we do not provide service below this.


Weekly villa rental prices include entrance cleaning. The customer finds the house clean at the entrance to the villa. During your stay at the villa, you can benefit from our extra cleaning service for a fee.

Spare towels and sheets

All of our houses have clean towels and clean sheets. There is a set of sheets and towels for every 7-day stay.


We have accepted the Rental Conditions for every reservation made by us, and unless otherwise stated, we collect 30% of the rental price by credit card or money order to our company account via our website, and we confirm your reservation when the payment is received by us. Then, as Lycian Living, a confirmation document (document with the word “approved”) is sent to you by e-mail. The remaining 70% balance is realized at the delivery of the villa.

What is the maximum capacity of the villas?

The number of people is accepted in line with the maximum capacity stated in the description section of our villas, and children are also included in this number. The number of people exceeding the capacity is never accepted.

Are children included in the number of persons?

Children are included in the number of persons.

I filled out the request form. Is my reservation finalized?

Just filling out the request form does not mean that you are renting the villa. In order for your reservation to be finalized, you must pay a 30% down payment. After the payment is made, a confirmation document will be sent to you by us and your reservation will be finalized in this way.

What are the entrance and exit times of the villas?

Check-in hours of our villas are between 16:00-21:00 and check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.

Is there a catering service in the villas?

There is no breakfast, lunch, dinner, open buffet, etc. in any of our villas. We do not have a food/catering service. Food, beverage, consumable products, etc. are not available in the villas you have rented. These must be provided by our guests. All necessary tools and equipment are available in the kitchen section of our villas.

I do not have a TR number, how can I make a reservation?

In the sections of the reservation form and credit card payment form, where the TR number is requested, reservations can be made with the passport number if you do not have a TR number.

When we come to the villa we rented, can we change to another villa?

Unfortunately, such is not the case. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can cancel free of charge 60 days before your check-in date, according to our conditions. Does the landlord have the right to evict us?

If you disturb the environment by making noise in the houses, it will be considered as a reason to make a complaint. First the customer will be warned, but if the situation still continues, the landlord retains the right to have you vacate the villa. Do the houses have insurance?

The responsibility of the insurance of the houses belongs entirely to the owners of the houses. Even if this type of insurance (earthquake, theft, fire, flood, etc.) is made, the losses of those who stay in it temporarily are not subject to these insurances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take out private travel insurance before you travel so that you do not experience any problems.

Do we need a vehicle?

Regardless of the villa you will be staying in, you will need a vehicle for each villa. Since the regions where the villas are located are small settlements, there may be difficulties in terms of distance to public transport. Places to visit and see in the surrounding area, market shopping, etc. vehicles are required. If you will come by plane, the closes airport to the villas in Kalkan, Kas, Fethiye, Dalyan, and Marmaris is Dalaman Airport.
